We ship with Australia Post. A flat rate of $10 Australia wide OR $15 Express Post. Please select shipping preference at checkout.
We ship with DHL – $25 Flat Rate.

We ship with DHL – $35 Flat Rate.
A daytime delivery address and valid mobile number must be provided on all international orders, since all parcels require a signature on delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched as well as a mobile SMS with tracking information to aid you in the management of your delivery.
Our DHL Express network may exclude isolated countries and regions, in which case your order may be dispatched via Australia Registered International Post – please contact us for more information if you have any concerns.
We can not ship to a PO box address for international orders.
Duties & Taxes
International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. We have no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country.

All orders sent by Young Soles Australia are sent via Australia Post Regular Post or Australia Post Express Post.
If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we will track it for you. There are additional charges for a tracking service in Australia and insurance. Young Soles Australia will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved to be lost in transit by our delivery company.
